Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing AbhayTechnicals. As a wholesale supplier of mobile repairing parts, we operate on a strict quality-check and bulk supply model. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Nature of Business

AbhayTechnicals is a wholesale supplier serving mobile repair shops and retailers across India. All products are supplied in bulk quantities with a minimum order value of ₹1000.

Due to the sensitive and technical nature of mobile spare parts, we maintain a strict return policy.

2. No Return Policy

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been dispatched or delivered.

Customers are requested to confirm product compatibility and specifications before placing an order.

3. Damaged or Missing Items

If the parcel is received in a physically damaged condition:

  • The customer must record an unboxing video from the beginning without pause.

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Clear images and video proof must be shared.

Without proper video proof, claims will not be entertained.

4. Wrong Product Received

In rare cases, if a wrong product is shipped:

  • Inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Share unboxing video proof.

  • If verified, replacement or credit adjustment will be provided.

5. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

  • Product out of stock after payment confirmation.

  • Order cancellation before dispatch.

  • Verified shipping error from our side.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days through the original payment method.

6. COD Orders

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

  • Refusal at the time of delivery may lead to restriction of future COD services.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

7. Quality Assurance

All products are checked and verified before dispatch. As mobile spare parts are sensitive electronic components, improper installation or testing methods may void any claim.

We recommend installation by professional technicians only.

8. Policy Updates

AbhayTechnicals reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
